The DewberryDewberry Capital has recently renovated and repurposed the mid-century modern former Mendel L. Rivers Federal Building, originally a 108,000 square foot office building, which is located on two (2) acres across from Marion Square on Meeting Street.

Although Dewberry Capital has completely recreated the building's interior, the marble-and-brick facade has remained largely as is, thereby preserving the architectural integrity of this John F. Kennedy commissioned mid-century building.

The Dewberry offers 155 luxurious guestrooms, and features a Southern brasserie, a timeless living room bar, and multiple event spaces. Upon completion, The Dewberry will be a LEED certified hotel.

The Dewberry Charleston is the first hotel under The Dewberry flag and is scheduled to open during Summer 2016.

Mount Pleasant Square

Mount Pleasant SquareLocated in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, the project consists of a 107,000 square foot retail shopping center and a 5.3 acre future development site. Dewberry Capital plans to develop 85,000 square feet of retail shops and 125 multifamily units.

Oyster Park

Oyster ParkSituated adjacent to the existing Mt. Pleasant Square, Oyster Park will be the second phase of the existing 106,000 sf Mt. Pleasant grocery -anchored lifestyle center. Located just off Ben Sawyer Blvd., near the desirable Old Village, Oyster Park will be located just minutes from downtown Charleston, and Sullivan's Island. The mixed-use project will consist of over 260 Class-A, luxury multifamily residences atop approximately 34,000 sf of retail space, along with three planned restaurants.
